How do I choose which alerts reach me?

Go to Settings, Alerts, and switch each one on or off for yourself. Everyone on the team chooses their own.

Step by step

1. Open Settings, Alerts.
2. New requests: by email, and on each phone or computer you turn on.
3. Worth reaching out to: by email on your first open day each week, and on your phones once alerts are on one.
4. Your monthly results: by email on your first open day each month.

Good to know

• New requests and Worth reaching out to start on for everyone. Monthly results start on for owners.
• Requests always wait for you on Home, whatever you choose here.
• Every phone or computer you turned on is under Where your alerts go, with Remove.
• Owners also get a few emails that keep the business running, like approval asks and billing notes.
