Your emails keep going to everyone. You get a date 30 days out and a reminder a week before; then you move to the plan that fits, unless your list is back under. Moving is prorated by Stripe.
The 60-day refund: a no-risk start
If Rebound isn’t right for you, leave within 60 days of your first payment and every payment is refunded to your card, automatically. Two clicks, no call, no questions.
- Once per business, from its first payment. Coming back later doesn’t start a new 60 days.
- It’s a promise about trying Rebound, not about results: we never promise bookings or revenue.
- It doesn’t apply to an account closed for breaking our sending rules, such as a bought or borrowed list.
- Free months from Give a month, get a month come off bills and are never paid out.
