How Rebound works.

Rebound keeps track of every client, shows you who’s worth reaching out to, and helps you stay connected with each of them. Here’s what that looks like, from your first few minutes to every month after.

Your first few minutes.

1

Paste your website

Rebound reads your logo, colors, hours and services. You check each part with a tap, and change anything.

2

Bring in your list

Connect your booking software once, or bring in a spreadsheet from it. Rebound sorts out duplicates, typos and dead addresses, and hands it back clean.

3

Make it yours

When your email goes out, how many people you want to reach each week, and whether you look over each email first.

Every client, sorted.

From the visits you bring in and how people answer, Rebound keeps everyone in one of three groups, and keeps it current.

Regulars

Coming in on their usual schedule. They hear from you every week, and it’s never a nudge.

Readers

Not in lately, and still reading your emails. Often the best people to reach out to, so they come first on your list.

Away

Not in for months. They hear from you once a month, and anything they answer moves them back.

Visits arrive on their own once your booking software is connected. Or from a report it emails, a spreadsheet now and then, or one added by hand.

Every week.

Three things, each a few minutes, and each one sets up the next.

Who to reach

A short list, best first, with why each person is on it and a first line to use. Call, text or email.

One for each household, about what they come in for. Look it over, or let it go on its own.

Their answers

One tap for them. Every answer lands on your list, already sorted: who to book, who to give space, who was just in. Nothing to dig out of your inbox.

Next week’s list starts from what they told you.

Kept in order.

The list is where the work happens, so nothing depends on anyone remembering.

Nothing left waiting

A request nobody has picked up by the end of the next day you’re open shows Waiting, at the top. With a team, the owners get one email after two days.

Each person’s story

Every visit, email, answer, note and follow-up, in order, with who did what. Open anyone and see where things stand.

With a team: who’s on it

One tap says you’ve got it, so nobody reaches out twice. A short note for whoever’s next. Working alone, you just keep notes.

Every month.

Results you can count

Who answered, who asked to book, who you followed up with, and who came back in. With a value for each service, an estimate in dollars too.

Ask Rebound

Ask in plain words, like “Who should we reach out to this week?” or “How did October go?”, and get the answer with the people behind it.

Beside the software you already use.

What Rebound needs

  • Your website, once, to start
  • Your visits: on their own once connected, or a spreadsheet now and then
  • Your hours, so your week starts when you open

What stays where it is

  • Your calendar and your booking software, or a paper book
  • Payments, confirmations and reminders
  • Charts, notes and anything clinical

Yours to steer, alone or with a team.

Emails of your own

News, an event, an offer or a thank-you, started for you, in your words, to the people it’s for.

Just you, or your whole team

Everything works for one person. With a team, up to 50 people, each with their own sign-in and their own alerts.

In each client’s language

Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabic, Tagalog and more, each checked by a native speaker before it’s switched on.

Pause any time

Skip a week for a holiday, or pause for a slow season. Everything comes back on the day you choose.

Every client, remembered.
