How do I turn on alerts on my phone?

Open Settings on your phone, find Alerts, and switch on On this phone. Allow notifications when your phone asks, then press Send me a test.

Step by step

  1. On an iPhone, add Rebound to your home screen first, then open Rebound from there.
  2. Go to Settings, Alerts.
  3. Switch on On this phone and allow notifications.
  4. Press Send me a test. It should arrive in a few seconds.

Good to know

  • A new request reaches your phone the moment it’s ready, ten minutes after someone taps Book my usual, once their undo has passed.
  • Once a phone is on, you can also get one notification when your Worth reaching out to list is ready.
  • Every phone and computer you turned on is listed under Where your alerts go, each with Remove.
  • Blocked? Allow notifications for Rebound in your browser’s settings, then come back to Alerts.
  • The test didn’t arrive? Turn the switch off and on again, then try once more.
