Can I approve each week before it goes?

Yes. In Emails, When it goes out, choose Wait for my approval under Before it goes, and each week’s email waits until an owner approves it.

Step by step

1. Open Emails, When it goes out.
2. Under Before it goes, choose Wait for my approval and press Save.
3. Each Saturday morning, open the email we send and press See it and approve, or press Approve on This week.

Good to know

• Only owners change this, and any one owner’s approval is enough.
• One approval covers the whole week: every version, every language.
• The link in our email opens the week on your phone with no sign-in.
• Still waiting the evening before? We send one reminder.
• Not approved in time, it goes the moment it’s approved that day while you’re open. After that, the next week carries on as usual.
• Rather not be asked? Choose Send it on its own. That’s where everyone starts.
