One email a week from your business, in your brand: a short, useful message for the season, a few lines about the services they use, your own note, and buttons they can answer in one tap.

Good to know

• Each household gets one email, for everyone in their care.
• The opening changes with where they stand: due back, just in, between visits or overdue. For someone overdue, it opens with your own words if you’ve written them.
• The buttons are your main button, like Book my usual, plus Not now and I’m all set.
• Now and then it adds a line about the local weather, or someone you trust. Your offer, if you set one, goes to people due or overdue.
• It’s written by Rebound and checked by a person. Make it sound like you in Emails, How it sounds.
• People we haven’t heard from in four months get the first email of each month instead.
