How do I cancel?

Owners go to Settings, Plan and billing, and press Leave Rebound. It’s two clicks, with no call and no questions.

Step by step

  1. Open Settings, Plan and billing.
  2. Press Leave Rebound.
  3. Read what happens, then press the button to leave.

Good to know

  • Within 60 days of your first payment, we refund everything you’ve paid, and your account ends that day.
  • After that, your emails continue until the end of what you’ve paid for, with nothing more to pay. Stay after all works any time until then.
  • Your list and every email are kept for 60 days, in case you come back. Then they’re deleted.
  • Download everything first, or any time in those 60 days.
  • A slow season? Pause instead for up to 3 months, with no emails and no charges.
