Your emails keep going to everyone. We tell owners the date you’ll move to the plan that fits, 30 days ahead, and you move that day unless your list is back under the limit. Good to know At 90% of your plan, owners see a note on Home with the plan that fits next. Nothing to do yet. Over the limit, owners get an email and a card on Home with the date, and a reminder 7 days before. Ready sooner? The card on Home moves you now, in one tap. Stripe works out the difference, so you pay only for your days on the new plan. We count people we can email, never pets. Anyone unsubscribed, bounced or forgotten doesn’t count. Change your plan any time in Settings, Plan and billing, with Change.
