How do I download everything?

Owners go to Settings, Plan and billing, press Download everything, then Download. You get one ZIP of spreadsheets any program opens.

Step by step

1. Open Settings, Plan and billing.
2. Under Your data, press Download everything.
3. Press Download.

Good to know

• Inside: everyone on your list, everyone in their care, every visit, every email, each week’s email as a page, every answer, who unsubscribed, and a read-me.
• It opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
• Each download is written down, with who and when.
• Need just part of your list? Everyone on your list has Download (CSV) for whatever it’s showing.
• Leaving? Your download stays available for the 60 days we keep your data.
