How do I connect my booking software?

Connect it once through Zapier, and every finished appointment logs a visit in Rebound. Go to People, On their own, make your key, and paste it into Rebound in Zapier.

Step by step

1. In People, under On their own, press Connect it.
2. An owner ticks the box confirming these are your own clients, then presses Make my key. Copy it now: it’s shown in full only once.
3. Press Open Rebound in Zapier, and paste your key when it asks.
4. Pick your booking software’s finished appointment, then Rebound’s Log a visit. Their email, name, phone, the service and the day are all it needs.

Good to know

• Zapier’s free plan is enough.
• What arrived shows the last 7 days.
• Under Service names from your booking software, choose what each name counts as, or Not a visit.
• Someone new joins your list only with an email, and never anyone who unsubscribed or asked to be forgotten.
• Nothing else is read from your booking software, and nothing is sent to it.
• Keep health records, or bill insurance? An owner turns that on in Settings first: Zapier is off then, and Cliniko, Acuity, your own direct address or your weekly report bring visits in instead.
