How do I see an email before it goes?

Go to Emails, This week. The preview is the real email, exactly as it will arrive, and Send me a test puts it in your own inbox.

Step by step

1. Open Emails, This week.
2. Type a name, email or phone in See it as to see that person’s own email.
3. Choose Phone or Computer, and Light or Dark.
4. Press Send me a test, or send it to the team.

Good to know

• A test arrives marked “Test”, and taps in it count for nothing.
• You can send up to 10 tests an hour.
• The preview gives you a heads-up when something changes their email, like no first name on file, with a link to fix it.
• Readers who read another language? Pick it under Language to see their version.
• Only you see the preview.
