How do I see results in dollars?

An owner adds what a visit is worth for each service, once, under What a visit is worth on Results. Then each count shows an estimate, like “About $850”.

Step by step

  1. Open Results.
  2. Under What a visit is worth, write what a visit usually brings in for each service, like 95 or 95.50.
  3. Press Save.

Good to know

  • It’s used only for the estimates on Results.
  • Estimates are to the dollar under $1,000, and to the nearest $10 above.
  • A visit with no service or no value still counts. It just isn’t in the dollars.
  • Changed a value? Every month is worked out again, and Undo appears right after.
  • Only owners set these. Everyone who signs in sees the results.
