What counts as “came back”?

Someone who hadn’t been in for 2 months or more, got an email from you, and came in within 30 days of it.

Good to know

• People on their usual schedule aren’t counted: they’d have come anyway.
• Only visits from your own records count: the lists you bring in or email, your booking software, and visits recorded at the desk. Never “I was just in”, and never opens.
• Booked through Rebound is a second number: people who asked to book from an email and were then marked Booked in Rebound.
• The two are never added together, since someone can be in both.
• See everyone who came back, by name, under Who came back on Results.
