Why didn’t someone get my email?
Usually because they unsubscribed, their email bounced, they marked an email as spam, or they’re taking a break or resting. Their page in People says which.
Step by step
- In People, use Look someone up and open their page.
- Check the badge by their name, and What’s happened for each email.
- To see everyone at once, open Everyone on your list and choose Not getting our emails.
Good to know
- Email bounced? Ask for a current one at their next visit. Ask for a current email lists who to ask.
- Taking a break means they tapped Not now and picked when to hear from you again.
- Resting means they stepped away, or didn’t answer their yearly check-in. Anything from them brings them back.
- People who are Away get the first email of each month.
- Someone who unsubscribed can sign up again any time with your sign-up link.
- A week you skipped, were closed for, or didn’t approve in time sends nothing to anyone.
