How do I connect Acuity Scheduling?

Paste your Acuity User ID and API key on People, Visits on their own, then paste the address Rebound shows into Acuity’s webhooks. Each appointment counts as a visit once its time has passed, unless it was canceled.

Step by step

  1. In Acuity, open Integrations, then API, and copy your User ID and API key.
  2. In Rebound, an owner opens People, Visits on their own, pastes both under Acuity Scheduling, and presses Connect Acuity.
  3. Copy the address Rebound shows.
  4. In Acuity, under Integrations, open Webhooks, paste it for appointments scheduled, rescheduled and canceled, and save.

Good to know

  • Each message from Acuity is checked against your API key before Rebound believes it.
  • An appointment counts 15 minutes after it ends, so a late cancel doesn’t become a visit.
  • Nothing is sent to Acuity. Rebound keeps the key encrypted, and shows only its last four characters.
