How do I send my appointment report from ChiroTouch?

Export last week’s appointments from ChiroTouch as Excel or CSV, and email the file to your private Rebound address. ChiroTouch keeps its own report steps in its help center, behind your ChiroTouch sign-in.

Step by step

  1. In ChiroTouch, open its reports and look for one that lists each appointment for a range of days, with the patient’s name and contact details.
  2. Choose last week’s dates.
  3. Save it as Excel or CSV. If it only offers PDF, ask ChiroTouch support which appointment report saves as Excel or CSV.
  4. Attach the file to an email to your private Rebound address, and send it. Once a week is enough.

Good to know

  • If the report lists canceled or missed appointments, leave them out before you export (or delete those rows), so only real visits count.
  • Not sure which report? ChiroTouch support can point you to it: ask for last week’s appointments, with each patient’s email or phone.
  • Leave out anything about anyone’s care: not notes, not diagnoses, not treatment codes. Rebound doesn’t need them, and doesn’t keep them.
  • Rebound reads Excel and CSV files. A PDF can’t be read, so choose Excel or CSV when it asks.
  • Send it to your private Rebound address, shown on People, Visits on their own, from an address you’ve told Rebound sends your reports.
