How do I connect Cliniko?

Make a Cliniko API key for Rebound and paste it on People, Visits on their own. Every hour, Rebound asks Cliniko for appointments marked arrived, and each one logs a visit.

Step by step

  1. In Cliniko, open My info under your name.
  2. Under API keys, allow yourself to create and use API keys, and press Update user.
  3. Press Manage API keys, then Add an API key. Name it Rebound, press Create API key, and copy it before you press Done.
  4. In Rebound, an owner opens People, Visits on their own, pastes it under Cliniko, and presses Connect Cliniko.

Good to know

  • Mark appointments arrived in Cliniko: those are the ones that count as visits.
  • The first time, Rebound reads the last 30 days.
  • Nothing is sent to Cliniko. Rebound keeps the key encrypted, and shows only its last four characters.
  • Disconnect forgets the key at once.
